These terms cover your use of torvia.fr (the "Site"), operated by Adel Ouazani, trading as Torvia (SIREN 902 935 527), 47 rue Vivienne – 75002 Paris, France. For purchases, see our Terms of Sale.

1. Using the Site

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or to commit fraud;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security, or try to gain unauthorised access;
• send viruses, malicious code or spam;
• scrape or extract data from the Site by automated means without our permission;
• post reviews, messages or content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our content commercially without our written permission.

If you submit a review or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, free right to display and use it on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm that it is yours to share and is honest. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. Product availability and prices may change.
